The following audio tapes were found in the Westin, Hilton and Motel 6 in the past five months:

Tape #1

Steve Augeri- ' Whens the Leppard tour suppose to start?'
Neal ' As soon as we finish these last eight shows'
Steve- ' My voice is shot, I dont think I can do it'
Neal- 'When we get back to Frisco I'll hook you up with Barry and he will be able to tell you who to talk too'
Steve- 'Shit Frisco we wont be out there for another month and a half. By then Barry might be in the joint or I wont be able to talk at all'
Deen' - ' I need the jack Steve we have to finish what we started' I can sing a few more for you'
Steve- 'I gotta get checked out'

Tape #2

SteveA- ' Ross where is Neal'
Ross- 'I think he is counting his money in room 408'.' We are going to get 2 mil more if we complete the tour with Leppard'.
Steve- 'Neal Doc Welby said I have to give it a rest now or it could really affect me down the road. We are talking some serious shit now'.
Neal- 'Listen Calvin, we have to finish this tour to get the full amount. I am not giving back a dime. The Leppard contracts have already been signed. Your name is on those contracts. I suggest you take one for the team'. We are talking some major jack here.'
Steve' Man, you know I would if I could, but I can barely talk to you now. I'm hurtin brother'.
Neal ' We made you man. Do you want to go back to layering clothes? You owe us'.
Jonathan ' I have got an idea. Back when Steve Perry was hangin with K Log( Kenny Loggins) I heard he did some shows where he was taped. He was always wasted and couldnt remember the lyrics. I know he did one for sure in Minnesota. Hell, everyone is doing it. Our fans are no smarter that all the others. Hell, some of em are so damn old they can barely hear anyway. This way we can finish off the tour, start the next one and who in the hell will know?'
Ross- 'Cool'
Deen- 'Cool'
Neal- 'OK'
Steve- 'Thats all we can do I guess'

Tape 3

Neal ' People are starting to talk' They know we are not totally live anymore' There is some damn website where this guy Deano is screaming about it. We gotta bring somebody else in.' There is no way Deen can sing all the songs. Hell I even know that You have taped Feeling That Way. That wasnt agreed upon'.
Jonathan' It gives me a break, but Ya your right'
Jonathan ' How about Whitney Houston' I am serious man. It will bring a whole new element to our shows. I bet she could belt out Open Arms & Faithfully like no other. Plus there will be more left on the buffet after the show'.
Deen ' How about Dennis Deyoung??'
Ross ' Hell no, the next thing we will have his wife up on stage with us'
Jonathan' I am telling you this Whitney idea makes sense'
Deen' Joe and the boys will never go for Whitney'
Ross ' Who is going to tell Steve he is out?"
Deen' Its Neals band it ought to be him"
Neal - 'No way with Whitney, I will tell Steve, and I will give Jeff Soto a call'
Jonathan- ' This sucks. My idea was great. Ive never felt like part of this band anyway'.
