OT: Rockstar Supernova

I read Andrew's comments on the first page and I'd have to agree that I have no idea why people (other than his friends and family) like Lukas as much as they do. Yeah, most of them have decent enough voices, but they all seem to have ONE thing in common: they think WAY too highly of themselves! Lukas' ego seems to seep onto the stage long before he gets there. Same with Magni.

Who is the guy from Down Under, Ryan? He's the only one I like for the simple reason that he seems to be the only one who relates to the BAND, not just the audience. Granted, I have not seen every episode, but it seems that ALL the singers think that they are a band of ONE. Don't the guys - Tommy, Newsted and the other guy - realize that if this is how they act NOW, what will they be like if/when they are asked to join Supernova?!

That picture of Lukas on msn.com made him look like he was "holding court."

PLUS, WHY are they singing some of the songs they are singing?! Makes no sense. So, one guy does a great job on a David Bowie tune. Is Supernova going to play Bowie-like music?! Shouldn't the singers be concentrating on hard-core rock every week?

After all is said and done, I wonder if we'll even hear of Supernova after this whole thing is off the telly...

We have come to the conclusion that Lukas is just a stupid poser. His look bugs the hell out of me -- he looks completely stupid. The only one I like is Toby -- the Australian.

THAT'S it! Couldn't remember his name, but yes, he's the best. Don't watch the show that often. I have too many DVDs of my favorite shows...
