what if Tall Stories

Here would be irony for you... What if the 2nd tall stories CD sees the light of day.... and somehow there is a ballad that connects with top 40 radio... and Augeri becomes a hit with Tall Stories... doing what Arrival or Generations could not do... He goes on tour and becomes a teeenage hearththrob... would that not be a strange turn of events or not!! MHO-- I DONT THINK THIS WILL EVER HAPPEN, but with all the other stranger posts out there... you never know!!! Not on drugs either... just thinking how funny that would be from the Journey issue-- The Perry lovers/Augeri haters...and what the reaction of it all would be... DISCLAIMER.... I dont think this will ever happen....

Isn't the second Tall Stories CD all old recordings??? That would make it unlikely that he could tour with it since his voice is now shot.

I think it would have been esaier for it to have connected with top 40 radio when it came out originally. It's too late now.

I got to thinking how cool it would be for Steve to do small solo tours featuring Augeri-era Journey material as well as his Tall Stories and Tyketto work. It seems the ONLY way we would ever be able to hear the bulk of his Journey material live...

Of course that is only IF he is able to return to music at all...

Teenage heart throb? Yeah right. The guy's in his late 40s. Wee girls aren't gonna fancy him. I like him as a singer but if I was gonna fancy any member of Journey it wouldn't be him.

But yeah, it would be a strange turn of events.

I can't begin to express how cool the wording of this sentence is. I love European slang.

As long as he stays away from Journey...I have a heart full of love for the guy. I hope he can finally have a hit record.

hopefully he can return to singing. Said to say doesn't look like he is going back to journey. I don't say that in a bad way, I don't believe the rumors, but JSS and the gang do seem to have a chemistry going, which is good. So my view of JSS is changing, just hope the cd has a Journey sound to it, high vocals, and screaming guitars :D . Seeing JSS with the band, really turned my feeling for his singing and a frontman around, knew nothing of him before, other than SS. Still like Augeri, and if he can come back, good. If not JSS seems to be doing good-ERIC

I wish it WOULD happen. I like Augeri. I like him better with TS than Journey, but I also thought he was a good fit for Journey.
