Doesn't mean you can't have fun seeing how many folk think otherwise.

True dat. You would have entirely different results on the other board...

I'm only being realistic. Styxman will probably still drop me in Bagdad though

I think two of the four answers are true, JSS will become lead singer, or rather will continue to be lead singer and I think Jon Cain will leave the band and hopefully Gregg rolie will then return

I don't really care at this point but I voted for the last option as you did not state a reunion but hey I'll play along.

I don't see why Jon would leave either but some folk were saying a few weeks back they thought he would so I had to include that.

Assuming J Double S is our guy now....winter off...Maybe some Euro dates late winter/early Spring '07. Month off, NA tour starting June, 07 maybe as part of another double bill.
What I wish would happen is they take the holidays off and in the winter go into The Plant and kick out a MINIMUM of 12 songs as the follow up to Gens (1 Deen track at least 10/11 Jeff tracks, maybe a Jeff/Cain duet), get it on shelves and tour behind that.

The only thing I would miss about Cain is his once GREAT songwriting abilities. Anyone can play the piano parts with enough practice.

I am voting for the upset... jon leaving the band.. only because nothing suprises me abuot Journey anymore...and who knows maybe Neal and Gregg can work together again after all these years... I think that would be real cool.. actually better than that... Carlos, Neal and Gregg collaborating on a few things...that would be fantastic...

I voted SA back. I dunno why everyone's so doubtful when we haven't heard anythign saying he won't be.

I think the lack of info is why most people think he is gone.

I voted for Jon leaving the band because nothing would surprise me at this point.

You didn't give enough options. I think Neal Schon is probably fedup with the revolving door of singers in Journey, and he will team up with Sammy Hagar, Michael Anthony, and Deen Castronova for the "Planet Us" project they started back in 2002. But I sure hope they come up with a better name for the band - "Planet Us" sounds pretty lame and unmarketable.

Which makes no sense.
It's gonna snow today.
How do you know, did the weatherman say it was gonna snow?
No, but he didn't say anything about snow at all, so it's gonna.

Hey, I want Augie to heal up and rejoin the band, too. I just think if there was still a relationship there, we would hear from Augeri and the band about his progress.
