Here are a few pics from Journey @ Portland on 30th Aug. I had a photo pass for the first three songs. Well two really, coz I spent the whole of Neal's SSB arguing with some jobsworth over whether I was allowed in the press pit or not! Eventually I got him to go away, just as Jeff took the stage.

Anyway, the pics can be viewed as a slidesshow here http://www.martymoffatt.com/portland.

After the three songs were up I went back to my seat (6th row) put my big camera away and carried on with my new tiny camera. I actually think those came out better than the ones from the press pit. Check out Deen holding up his Rock Star mag with son Roman on the cover.

Great photo's Jeff looks great in the band,what would you say is the big diffrence with Jeff live as appossed to Steve(not talking tapes) as i have seen him with Soul Sircus but not with Journey.Some peole say he has brought more energy to the band? Your thoughts
