Future Journey Predictions From A Reliable Source

Here is what I have been informed will happen with Journey's future as a band (from a very reliable source), and in this sequence:

1. JSS will get a call from Queen to come and relieve Paul Rodgers on lead vocals.

2. Steve Augeri will get a management offer from The Gap that he can't refuse.

3. In desperation, Neal and Jon will call Steve Perry to come and tour with Journey again.

4. Perry will return to Journey on two conditions: Randy Jackson replaces Ross Valory on bass, and Elton John replaces Jonathan Cain on keyboards.

5. Neal Schon will become disgusted and join Sammy Hagar's band, and the two will setup a Branson-style auditorium in Cabo Wabo where they can retire playing Van Hagar and Journey songs to packed houses of USA and European tourists every night.

6. Eddie Van Halen will take Neal Schon's place in Journey.

7. Steve Perry will leave Journey again, opening the door for Boy George to die his hair black and take over as lead singer for Journey.

8. Jesus Christ will return, send Boy George to hell for being gay, take over as Journey's lead singer, and make them heaven's house band for eternity.

Remember when all of this takes place that you heard it here first.

7. Steve Perry will leave Journey again, opening the door for Boy George to die his hair black and take over as lead singer for Journey.

I don't know about the rest, but number 1 surely sound plausible....and about the only thing that would make me happier than seeing Jeff with Journey is seeing him with Queen!

Cheers,

me.

P.S. I'm new at this; be gentle... unless I ask you to bite. Some of you folks seem to like it rough.

Homophobe? Dude, it was a jab against right-wing Christians who tell people that Jesus is going to burn gays in hell. Hello? I am not homophobic. If anything I was being critical of religious extremists. Take a deep breath and relax.

Well, I sure wouldn't want to offend any of our gay friends on the forum.

I just hope Jesus doesn't sing "Butterfly" on his first tour. You think Eddie drinks too much now???

So why even jab right-winged Christians? Sorry, I think it was in bad taste. Not all "right-winged" Christians are extremists nor homophobic.

It's the ones who use their religion in politics that gives Christians a bad name. Me personally, when I hear the word "politics" I run to the hills! :-)
