These guys opened for Journey in 86 on the Raised on Radio tour. I thought they were great. Alan Frew reminded me of Bono a little bit.

I just heard them on the radio...Now I am wondering, if I like them, does that make me gay?

Your thoughts.

I only remember the song "Someday" by Glass Tiger and thought it was a decent song (for the 80's). I believe they had one other hit, but the name escapes me at the moment.

John from Boston

I saw Glass Tiger open for Journey 6 times during the Raised On Radio tour.
I thought that they were a horrible choice for an opening act and couldn't stand them.
Now, twenty years later, my opinion hasn't changed.

I had no problem with Loverboy opening during the Escape tour or Bryan Adams on Frontiers. Neither are my favorite, but it made for a good double bill.
On Perry's Strange Medicine tour I was introduced to Sass Jordan, and became a fan solely due to her spot on that tour. She won me over.

Sorry dude, that definitely makes you a dick sucker. You may have evaded the dick in the ass last weekend but I can't help you on this one, gay as Rock Hudson.

And ... The Outfield Rock!

Sass Jordan rocked! "Make you a believer" what a great tune. :) What the hell is with all these canadian acts opening for Journey/Perry.

I saw Glass Tiger years ago supporting Bryan Adams, who i believe sang backing vocals on "Don't Forget Me When I'm Gone". In fact, didn't his writing partner of the time Jim Vallance co-write most the songs on the "Thin Red Line" album?

I think they collaborated with Rod Stewart on "My Town" a few years later too.

Were they Canadian, but with a Scottish singer?
