BTW this is from the "making of" video, not the thing you can watch on youtube.

Not sure what bit this is online...But, if you watch the full "making of" and then listen to "Stars" song, you'll hear that most of the solo chosen was NEAL's...beating out all of those other hard rock guitarists.
