New Album Title....

DIRECTION. It keeps the tradition of mostly one-word titles and IS something they seem to have for the first time in about 20 years. Good or bad idea? Soto seems to have given them direction and I think the name fits well. Your thoughts?

How about "full circle"

They've come back to being the great band they were in their heyday!

I originally said, "Recharged" or "Re-energized" but now I like, "Unassisted." A clear swipe at that no good NY sob.

How about, you get your sorry loser ass the Fuck away from here and go chomp on DDY's short cock....lap it up for a good 10 minutes, buy his God awful orchestra "I'm Gay and proud shit" and then swallow that load(Thanks again JSS :) ) you cocksmoking choad infested loser dickwad. You are such a lousy, and I mean lousy contributor, I would rather hang with Fraudgeri and start prayer circles than listen to your incessant shit.

I hear what you're trying to say, but try to keep with the one word titles...it works better. :D

Then again, they could break free totally and go with something like this:

W.H.I.L. (pronounced WHILE, for Won't Hear It Live)

Songs could include:
• Heartbreak
• What?
• Round and Round
• Same Ol' Same Ol'
• Paydirt
• It's a Pity
• Shame on Them
• Count the Money...Honey!
• Huh?
• Neal Solo
• Jonathan Solo
• Neal Solo
• On Our Way (Out)

...and so on and so forth....

Deano, let the guy have his opinion. It's not hurting you.

Tell me...do you (in your heart) believe that Journey will do the following:

1) produce another CD
2) play some of it live in concert
3) AND people will begin to turn around to the "new" Journey?

I'm hard pressed to truly accept that. If it happens, then I think it's wonderful, however, seeing the band as they have been for the past 8 years or so, why is it just because JSS is onboard, that all of a sudden this new Journey will become a tremendously successful Journey? I'd love to see it, but I just think that they've gone too long playing the classics to honestly make any new direction with JSS stick.

If they DO produce a new CD - which would be great - I still have a hard time believing that they'll be "allowed" to play much if any of it in concert.

Fred, not only do I believe it will happen, I KNOW it will, and yes, even with the Frig onboard. Friga is pumped....looks like a gay warrior at an all you can eat Richard Simmons buffet.

All of the above will take place.

How 'bout "BITE ME"
I have no idea where that came from, it just seems like a good, kick ass title.

Deano, if what you're saying pans out, wonderful. I'm up for that.

Okay, I guess I'm not around here that much...who the hell is "Friga"?

"RELOADED"

Could say it all. addresses the change in a sexy/innuendo kind of way, and implys a rockin' cd. (like, light on the ballads for the first one out, kind of thing...)

Okay Fred, this has got to be one of the best posts I've ever read. (Won't hear it live) That's classic.
But maybe instead of "Count the Money...Honey!" maybe something like "How I Spent Your Money (ode to the fools in the front row) Might be a better track.

Considering what's taken place over the past few months....I'm gonna go with "Up From The Ashes". Obviously not sticking with the one word titles...but I like it. :-)
