For what it's worth, this show was released on a bootleg called "Visited to Japan". I have it here and the tracklist is the same. The recording level on the CD version is very low though. There, full of useless information me.

When I got "Visited To Japan" first, it didn't have "Opened The Door". Damn, I wonder if someone out there has the whole show.
