Thought this website may be of assistance to those coming from out of the area to the Baltimore show in November as you meander through the downtown and surrounding areas.

Now Deano, yous guys gotta be careful up 'air at AR's house 'bfore headin' downee 1st Mariner Arena; the poleece may be on higher 'lert knowin' you're in the area an' all.....if you wanna meet up wif' some Balmer hons, practice dis vocabalaree often so you can fit riyt in wif us lokuls.....

Tentatively, AR and I are looking into renting a limo. We can get one that hauls 15 people. We can be liquored up, save shitloads of bank on parking, and ride home liquored up. Everyone kicks in about 10-12 bucks, we are there.

As the date gets closer, we need a concrete head count. I have gotten maybes from people in Texas, Florida, Idaho, California, New Jersey, and New Hampshire.

Kegs sre definite. Crab cakes are too. I am think BBQ on AR's deck, guys piss in the backyard, ladies get the inside bathrooms. Us guys can crash on the floor because we will be so fucking wasted it will not matter. Gals can sleep on the couches, together preferrably ..

We have guitars and amps and any video boot you want to see. We can dedicate the night, "Swallow that Load" night, where that song is played at the top of each hour, The neighbours will either be onboard, or they can fuck right off.

Fortunately I do not have a trace of that dialect and I've lived in the Baltimore area most of my life. I know people that do sound like that though.

I don't either AR, grew up in the Annapolis/Kent Island area all my life. I know many who've combined the B-more dialect with MD. eastern shore speak, that's a riot, believe me..."Yous guys are a bunch o'chicken neckers!" Those on the western shore of MD use chicken necks for crabbing, eastern shore folks use eel...just a little tidbit of MD. trivia.

I think its origin is a mix of British cockney and just an overall nasally pronunciation issue

Arriving either Thursday morning after red eye, or Thursday afternoon. Might fly LAX-BWI or LAX-PHL and Amtrak to Baltimore. Whichever is available.

I'm here. Just burning a ton of DVD's tonight. (Including that Bryan Adams/Billy Joel show from Italy that you will be getting)

Looking for a list of interested people by mid month. That way I can let Lori know. We'll cap it at a certain amount, but I doubt we'll reach those levels. If we do, there is a nice Hampton Inn spitting distance from here. Bring sleeping bags and prepare to drink! I am off of work that Thursday and Friday so it is all good.
