not really... I mean, I see what you are saying, but you won't sell as many tickets if Augeri's voice is on the commercials. That said, I'm not sure if the Management team is responsible for it, or the radio stations playing them. Either way it's deception. It's still done here all the time, every single time Journey comes to town. THen again, Perry get's a cut of each concert they play, so maybe he doesn't mind so much.
