Oh my God...:shock:

I just listened to IOFTMG from USA for Africa - and then from the re-master.

IMHO, I think Steve spliced AND SANG A NEW VERSE for the re-release.

Compare for yourself:

USA:

(sax solo)

(overlapping at the end) Stay with me awhile...
Oh, IOFTM,G
Please won't you lie to me....etc.

2006:

(sax solo - PLAYS THRU WITH NO "stay with me awhile") - Then:

IOFTM,G
Just make believe yo-o-ou're mii-ine..
Oh IOFTM,G

Sure:

In the remastered song, there is an extra-verse that was not there on the original cut....Steve arranged it to be different after the Sax solo. You can definitely hear the difference.
