This is way off topic, but I just want to rant!! I'm sick of sale ad's, phone sale's, commercial's, billboard's, email ad's and advertising in general! Do these ad exec's really think that everyone is that gullible and easily brainwashed to buy their product's? I just delete, switch the channel, throw away and ignore! Who read's sale ad's they get in the mail? Everyone just throw's them away! Huge waste of tree's, IMO! ............ok....got that out of my system, feel better now!

All kidding aside, the off topic stuff keeps the board active. (Otherwise we'd have tons more threads of what each band member is wearing, positive vibes, etc. Finding common ground and similar interests outside of the band keeps people interested. There is only so much topical news that the band can generate. The spam however is annoying, but can be hard to eliminate.
