Holy shit. I just got the 10/13 boot. The hair is standing up on the back of my neck. Fucking hell. I'm sitting her going oh fuck, oh my God, wow, holy crap. Did Jeff make a deal w/the devil to be able to able to sing like this? Or is it just that his Mom was there so he was at the very top of his game? (We know what Jeff did w/the money his mom gave him for singing lessons, that's for sure & he showed her that nite.)

Can Jeff's Mom please come to FL on 11/7? I'll take her out to dinner & treat her real nice, I promise.

Did anyone listen to this? Did u hear the way he hits those notes & holds them? Did u hear the way he switches from a beautiful high head voice note down to a soulful deep full voice note? Oh my God. This man has pipes & then some. How can I have missed him for 20 yrs? I said earlier Journey fans got lucky. Oh yeah. Real real lucky & then some.

Alright if there are any naysayers left out there after this boot, please get ur hearing checked & soon.

U gotta hear this. It's amazing no that's not good enough a word. I have goosebumps. & Neal's guitar is on fire too. I am so fucking excited about seeing Journey on 11/7. I get more excited w/every boot. Jeff just gets better & better & better & better. He holds all the notes longer & harder. He hits highs like u wouldn't believe & smoothly sails back down into lows. He definitely gives the songs appropriate respect but he totally takes each song & does something different w/it to make it his own. This man is amazing.

SJ Journey hasn't played like this in 2 decades. Even Cain's piano playing is more alive than I've ever heard it. Neal sounds like he's a frigging kid doing shit w/his guitar that I can't even describe. Listening to Jeff singing Escape right now. OMG does he fucking nail it. This energy from a really crappy boot just comes out ur speakers. I wanna dance the nite away to this. Deano has this 200% right, make that 300%. He obviously knew exactly how this was gonna turn out. (If he has a crystal ball for my life, I'll pay.) I'm not just saying this either SJ. This is killer music. Jeff is on fire.

C'mon this boot is horrible quality i wouldnt even dignify whether i thought jeff sounded good or bad on this wouldnt be fair ,this guy taping sounds like hes up in the bleechers

Yeah, it isn't the greatest quality but I just boosted the mids so I could hear the vocals better and Jeff is definitely sounding 100% better than the beginning of the tour. He's hitting a lot of those really high notes without much problem at all. I had chills going down my spine on some of those stratospheric notes towards the end of "Edge of the Blade".
