Frankly, if he is gone, then I'm glad. He's very insulting and condesending towards almost everyone that doesn't agree with his opinion. He's not afraid to tell people he's smarter than them, and honsetly, if I want to hear that then I'll listen to my youngest brother yap his trap for 5 seconds or so.

Actually...I enjoy Fred's posts. Yes - he can sound a bit like a schoolteacher at times - but he writes in an intelligent and reasonable way. I really can't see what all the fuss is about.

Agreed 100% Matthew, intelligent and reasonable are two traits this board can't afford to lose. I consider myself just a casual Journey fan (more the Perry era) who likes to read "intelligent and reasonable" posts. And to laugh at those who take themselves, their rank or stature on this board and the band so seriously. It's funny in kind of a sad way

I agree entirely. But I think it is unfortunate that people are reacting to Fred the way they are. They obviously don't understand him. Either way, it is a personal choice...so be it.

the drama of it all... Maybe we should name this board... Journey----the OLD and the RESTLESS of Rock and Roll. If Andrew had a dollar for everyone who has either apologized, been banished, came back,been on probation... I bet he would be a close to millionaire!!
