I notice the Journey motorcycle on Ebay didn't meet the reserve and is now up for a new auction. The winner has been trying to sell this thing almost since she won it. As an avid motorcylist (I have been riding for over 20 years) I must say that I would be embarrassed to ride the thing without re-painting it.
So, the question to you... What do you think about the bike's paint job - for riding, not just sitting on display somewhere? Cheesy or Awesome?

Having seen the bike up close, I'd have to go with shit paint job overall. I mean the artistry is fine the execution of the airbrushing is great, but the layout is terrible. Didn't they even forget to put the Frontiers logo on it originally? It pretty mucht ells me that they just threw the graphics package together last minute. Seemingly no planning went on with where the logo's would go. Sweet bike overall, but I'd have to repaint it if I had it.
It may be worth a lot more than $22,000, but for the measly investment that the people put in for the raffle ticket, it's a big return. They should be happy they got bids that high.

Is it really meant to be a "riding" bike, though? Seems more like a showcase item to me.

Sorry but most of those "artsy-fartsy" over-painted motorcycles like that are nothing but an eyesore.

70+ hours of painting, and that's the best they could come up with?
