I just gotta say that this is an AWESOME, ROCKIN' song. This would be a cool, fun song to stick in the set next year on tour (along with Believe In Me). :-)

I agree 1000% !!!Praise is a GREAT funky rock tune.I'd also add If This Is The End.
I can only imagine how that would sound with Schon and Cain adding their 2 cents!!
If This Is The End could easily be turned into a Classic Journey ballad!!

And I agree with you on If This Is The End. I mentioned a LONG time ago that it sounds like it was inspired by Bad English's "Possession". Not a bad thing at all...I just never heard any feedback on if anyone else heard that or not.
Could be a hit with the Journey name attached to it. JSS has got some talent. :-)

Maybe Journey should just redo JSS's entire catalogue.

Strange since the only BE song I've ever heard/known was When I See You Smile...I didn't follow the band at all for some reason, guess I should try to get a copy & see what you're talking about, always interesting to hear a reference of something being compared :)

I don't have any BE albums. Never cared for them.

SS, BE and Hardline never grabbed me. I do dig the Jan Hammer and HSAS stuff, tho.

I do have a copy of BE, but it's a tape, if I can dig it out of the closet you can have it Jeff, I'll be at the Orlando show, lol.

Probably doesn't work though, hasn't been played in ages, we don't even have a tape player in the house anymore, lol.

I loved Hardline, Double Eclipse has some really good stuff on it.
:)

I was SOOO into BE when they came out.Th frist time I ever heard Forget me not, I thought it was awesome!!
Saw them 4 times live and they were KICK ASS!!
I was just stoked Jon and Neal were back recording and touring. It was also the first time I ever met my heroes (Jon and Neal).I remember how nervous I was. Those guys were (and still are)
Gods in my eyes.I also can't discount John Waite.I was a fan of his since the 2nd Babys record.
I also think Backlash is an under rated record.MUCH more rocking then the first record!

Jeff, you really needs to check out these 2 records.Neal's playing alone on both is just stellar!

Who said we called it quits? We just got our original drummer back in, replaced Marco, brought in a keyboard & now call ourselves Journey! J/K, making reference to some stupid comments I read here & elsewhere about that! Smiles everyone :)

LOL!!! :) love that, lol.

I DID find the tape, & I'll bring it, I'll give it to one of the ILAA people tonight if they will take it & give it to you. It's one of those things where I'm slowly but surely replacing all these old tapes with cd's...taking forever! lol :)

I'm SO bummed I didn't get to see SS live. :(
Please put out a dvd! Or just throw in a SS song tonight for me! lol j/k :)

Dean says "good" those guys with the exception of Schonny and Friga were Euro Fags. It did and still does suck. Deano says, "Jeff, just say no." John Waite looks like he wants to run in and grab some frilly nylon lingerie and make love to a couple of Princes and Kings.

Sorry people but when i see a Journey show, i wanna hear Journey music and ONLY Journey music. Shit, there's way too many classic Journey songs that have hardly ever been played or haven't been played for many years, to even consider wanting to hear any material by other bands. C'mon, the likes of Voodoo Chile was bad enough. Gimme a break. This is Journey here.

You got that right! That has to be the most stupid statement yet. You forgot your quote marks and who the creep was that posted it. The guy has his head screwed on wrong for that first sentence alone. SS went the way of a fart in the wind, imo.
