I believe the Laidlaw album came out in 1999. I love this song :)

I actually saw them live, they're really good!

Edit: The band who does this is called Laidlaw btw. lol

Edit again: When Steve says " Better get on home girl" at like 2:38 in the song, his voice sounds VERY much like it did in the 70's. I always thought that was really cool.

Is Laidlaw the band with Nikki Sixx? Didn't Perry produce their album or something?

Steve said in an interview for GH+5 that Nikki produced it and asked him to do the backing vocals.



I like the song too Nora. (sometimes one needs to partake just a little :wink: )

Oh, ok. Thanks for clearing it up. That is a good tune, although a little busy vocally. Perry sounds great.

When I heard this, I went & looked it up to see what yr it came out. I couldn't believe it. Perry's voice is PERFECT. It sounds exactly like it did in the 70s. How can anyone say he can't sing anymore?
