Well... I dont know if its just me... but I reckon its all a lot less angsty around here of late.

I dont see so many harsh words of needless abuse, stupid confrontational remarks etc etc (yeah..Ive cleaned up my act too)

Abuse breeds more abuse... so maybe the cycle has been broken..lets hope so!!

I notice some have equated this with the board becoming "stale" to use their words... but thats not it at all... we have all become used to the daily rantings from .. ....well it was from just about everyone recently, wasnt it?. I liken it to someone eating sugar frosties in the morning.... getting that "hit" from the sugar coating... all of a sudden they have to go back to plain ole cornflakes.. and for a while the taste seems "flat" ..no bite at all.. but gradually they re -aquire their taste buds back, and they realise they didnt need that crap on top after all.. the "sugar" was in fact messing up their ability to really "taste" the food!

so people.. welcome back to plain ole "cornflakes" , and dont it taste "good"

Now all we need Andrew.. is the Journey interviews and news!!!!! come on man!!

things have just finally wound down a bit,, all the stuff that has been happening since june,, 6 months of caos,, trolls, ect.. have finally slowed a bit... its a good break,,

Ya know, Deano certainly had his place here on the board. If he chooses to come back, great. If not, so be it. But there is no reason why everyone else cannot come up with similar threads to the ones he started. For everything he actually knew, there were likely ten things he simply thought, made up, dreamt, whatever. No reason someone else can't come in here and say "Journey needs to do a duet" (an idea that had been bantered about for YEARS) or "Journey should do a double CD". Give yourselves some credit folks....

It could be even better if people didn't bring so much attention to the fact that they are "turning a new leaf" and trying to keep the spotlight on themselves, by posting a different way now, than the shit they've caused in the past. Likewise if people (like me) didn't have to remind them of the fact.
