Major recap from Baltimore

Postby AR » Sun Nov 12, 2006 8:08 am

First off, thanks to everyone who attended. I feel like I made a lot of new friends. Hosting a party like this when you haven't met half of the guests is something that you have to keep an eye on. We had NO problems and everyone was terrific. I had security though. The guests would have never known, and that was the way it was meant to be.

Hope everyone enjoyed themselves as much as I did. The party was a total blast. Pre & post show at Carlos O'Charlies bar worked out even better than I expected as well. As a group, we all were able to pile onto a bus and take the 3 mile ride to the show together. The goal was to take everyone to a reasonably priced place and avoid the tourist trap fern bars in the downtown area. Mission accomplished, I think. I was happy to see some of our guests return for some post show festivities. God I look drunk and horrible in some of Dave's photos. I'm usually much more photogenic.

The show itself was stellar. Great to hear MOL and IBAWY in the set. I left right after Journey finished. No need to see the Euro's. Although I will give them credit that they did not play "Make Love Like a Man" and went some early material. Good move boys.

Deano & Lula are enjoying sightseeing in Washington, DC today. I am home drinking beer and the Grey Goose that was leftover.

Hope our "special guests" were able to enjoy themselves. I know they made a lot of people very happy. Thanks guys.

AJ, it's a video clip, but you may need divx installed to view it. It looks great, like everyone had a great time, Especially Jeff.
