Hey...could the questions be about ANYthing or ANY "time period"...or should we just concentrate on the "here 'n' now"?

I think they can be about anything... (I can't imagine a question of yours being stupid.)
But, I think questions are more likely to be answered if they're about the re-issues.
Why don't you ask one of each to "hedge your bet"?

OK; thanx for your words...my question has been sent...

I was just wondering that myself, but also wondering how I could word a question like that to make it unique enough to be considered. "Whatdya think of JSS" sounds kinda boring. What about, "Would you ever consider collaborating with JSS and Journey on a new song????"
Any other ideas?
Oh yeah...I'd be willing to bet Steve Perry has heard JSS sing 'his' songs...

Actually, I only sent in one.
Oh, I bet he 'll be sure to answer your question now, Fred.![]()

You know, Jeff has told the story of when he met SP for the first time. He talked to Steve and told him about an accapella tune he did that was a kinda tribute to Perry and Sam Cooke (I think). Perry gave him his number and asked Jeff to give him a copy but Jeff lost the number or washed it in his pantsBut he met Perry again awhile later, Perry remembered him AND bought the disc on his own to hear Jeff... I think Jeff was 'very proud' of Perry's positive review.
With that said, I think Perry STILL hates that Journey is still rolling on w/o him (and not retired) but he probably is pleased with the way things are going for the band now with Jeff. You KNOW he is paying attention from afar. Hopefully hearing about this 're-energized' Journey lights a fire under his ass to go out and do something. His ego has got to be screaming at him everyday in the mirror,
"DUDE, YOU COULD DO THAT SHIT 20 TIMES BETTER!!! YOU GOT THE PIPES! YOU GOT THE SWAGGER!
CLIMB BACK UP ON THAT HARLEY AND RIIIIIDE!"
