St. John, I certainly hope u r right...It would make a gret Christmaa and Hanukah present for all of us fans. I love him dearly, He is the best voice in rock N roll....of course JSS is second on my list after seeing him live...Oh, what a performer he is...just awesome..

I hope we really do hear some new music from SP. Not some canned old stuff from 25 years ago. I hope you are right.

Like everything else posted in this forum, they don't know this for a fact. Pure rumor at this point. Though I do hope it is true. Perry has been out of the game for WAY too long! Any new album from his will be incredible....

The real question is will he tour to support it? THAT would be awesome!!

What I think would be cool, is if he toured and went out with Dennis DeYoung, two of music's greatest vocalists exiled from the bands they help make famous on one stage together for the first time. Sure it wouldn't happen, but it is cool to think about

I hope you're right St John. I sort of have a feeling about this too. There have just been so many rumors that seem to have stemed from credible sources, including Steve when he met with the ladies from Perryville.

I just got the reinssues of Street Talk and FTLOSM this week. The sound quality and mixes on these reissues is so superior to the originals that in some ways it was almost like listening to them for the first time. The additional tracks that I'd only previously heard on bootlegs made me even more hungry for something really new from him.

Hope you are right.I especially hope he tour even if it's something like 10 cities,I will be there.

Well, I would LOVE for this RUMOR to be true, but I will wait for the interview on Dec. 10th to hear directly from Perry about this possibility of new music from him.

Deano, is that a fact or just ur opinion? please say say it isn't so...we all need hope until we hear the interview! Why does he keep doing these interviews and not produce anything new for the fans? just to keep us on edge?
