Glad to hear that! Larry, I really liked Triumph too and haven't kept up on these guys either. I did see them in concert a few times back in the day.....great live band. April Wine and Triumph are probably 2 of my fav Canadian rock bands. Great to see Helix are still out there touring too, I don't remember alot of there stuff though, but I do remember they did a GREAT cover of an old 'Foot in Cold Water' song.......a slow one. Shoot, the name of the song slips my mind right now......anybody know which one I am talking about?

I saw Rik Emmitt open up for Dennis DeYoung a couple of months ago. 2 piece acoustic set with a couple of Triumph songs.

Ya know, I don't think I'd know a Triumph song if it hit me in the head. Did I miss anything? Anyone care to give me an education?

Thanks sweets. I think I remember the one above vaguely. But for some reason this band didn't grab me. I don't remember the other one at all. The lead singer kinda looks like Andy Gibb to me. Maybe that's why.

Alright, tell me I have lame taste in music.

Not as of Wednesday...they're showing up to receive the award and watch a montage of
their career, and that's it...no concert or otherwise playing anything together. And that's
a bummer. Great(esp. live) and underrated band.

suite madame blue, I dated a guy who could sing that song so wonderfully. I think of him whenever I see your username. Too bad he didn't resemble your avatar.
