Question about Neal?

Just how old was Neal when he joined Santana?And Rollie also?

I believe Neal said he was either 14 or 16 when he joined Santana. I don't recall which age it was, but he was certainly "just a kid", as Neal put it.

Neal was born in '54 & I'm pretty sure he joined Santana officially in '69 when he was 15. His official site says that too:

"...by the age of 15 he had joined Santana and was traveling the world."

But his official site credits him as being w/Santana for the Live At The Fillmore album in '68 when he would have been only 14.

Gregg was w/Santana in '68 too but the 1st album was in '69. He was born in '47 so he would have been 21-22 joining Santana.

Yeah, and Neal got shafted on the "Abraxas" album, too. He's not listed anywhere in the notes but actually played on the album, if my memory serves me well.
