I'm the first to admit I'm an SA fan, but I'm not gonna be unrealistic about it.

He's out... has been for a while. It's pretty obvious, some folk just don't see it yet.

Did you guys even notice that she said "what goes around comes around" ?
She is 100% right,,, it does remind me of the last time when Jeff was sick and out and Augeri was filling in and everyone was so sure that they would keep Augeri but when the shocking announcement came, they had decided that they will bring Jeff back and let go of Augeri,,,,

Thats the only way I can associate the "what goes around comes around" with this case,,,,, what a dumb b,,,

As far as I know, Augeri NEVER filled in for Jeff. He showed up at a show and waved, but that's about it. Jeff did every show once he took over. I'm fairly sure about that.

Wow, that's very disturbing to see - someone wishes that 10 years of my blood sweat and tears will implode. Nice. Classy.

Folks - I ask that you restrain from BT bashing or talking about BT users. That's their plaground, this is ours and if some choose to move between both - then great, I'm all for it and welcome all to post here.

But let's keep it respectful and perhaps the unfortunate reputation a small few have painted this forum with can be reconsidered.

For the last time...AUGERI WILL NOT EVER STEP FOOT ON A STAGE WITH JOURNEY AGAIN TO SING. GET IT THROUGH YOUR THICK SKULLS.

Sorry Drew,
just bothered me to see someone so hateful towards your hard work. And I know we're all adults here and can discuss things without sinkin to their level :)

Well that's pretty damn childish (to put it mildly).
We are all adults here and one would think things could be handled in a more mature manner, but apparently not.

I enjoy posting in this forum as well as BT and can handle posting in both without criticizing anyone. :?
I appreciate your hardwork you put into keeping this forum up and running.

It just gets harder and harder to "keep in check" over there.

Yo Ratgirlie, do you use the same 'handle' over there?

Actually, YOU guys are the ones being 'dumb'. Until the 'announcement' is actually made, there is ALWAYS a chance Augeri will be back.

I know I certainly couldn't exist on both sites! MR is the antitihesis of BT and because the sites are so drastically different, I am shocked that anyone could find both sites interesting, but whatever works for you! I know a few here still post over there just to tweak the Jackass Talk crowd. I used to post there just to offer even a miniscule amount of balance but got fed up with the endless pages of Augeri crotch-sniffing, wiggle wack jobs!

Here's a sincere question...if/when Journey is inducted in the RnRHOF, will SA be included in those ceremonies??? I know there are specific requirements that have to be met, but is the fact that he was with them late in their tenure a factor in whether or not he will be included? It seems to me that all he has really contributed is to allow Journey to continue to tour for the past 8 years, albeit on pre-Augeri material for the most part (I know they've recorded albums, but they haven't really been successful when compared to previous albums-it's not a dig, just an observation). This in and of itself would not be worthy of HOF recognition, IMO. Certainly if he were still a member of the band while they were being inducted, it would be a different story.

Somebody educate me here...

It think it depends on what is politicaly correct. IMO, I doubt anybody past the Escape lineup would be included. In fact, I doubt anybody prior to the Departure lineup would be included either...

But, it's irrelevant cuz Journey isn't going to be there.

If they ever make it (and I hope thy do.. just too much politics and BS), it would be Perry, Schon, Valory, Smith, Cain (maybe Rollie) I would think.

I'm not telling anybody to hold their breathe.

I'll just that this same thing happened prior to TBF and then Perry decided to come out of his cave and everything changed...So, anything is possible.

Good question. I'm really not sure. I know it was recently confirmed that David Lee Roth and Sammy Hagar would be invited to Van Halen's HOF induction ceremony, but that Gary Cherone would not be.

Which is understandable I guess but VH III is my favorite Van Halen album (followed closely by Balance) because it's more mature musically IMHO than most Van Halen stuff.

Anyway, I would hope that since Steve A's tenure in the band just about equals Steve P's, he would be invited.

If they didn't include Rolie, there SHOULD be a HUGE backlash. That would truly be the lamest addition that had ever made.

This isnt even about the possibility of SA coming back, but THE REASON some people want him back!!
thats what's dumb and the "what goes around comes around" comment.

If I wanted my favorite singer to come back and sing for my band, it would never be because I wanted a forum to implode!
