I can't wait for the official annoucement that Steve Augeri is going to stay with the band. I can't wait to see everyone's reaction.

Get well Steve!

There's a fine line between optimism and denial. PLease, try not to cross it.

At this point, that would be quite a shocker.

Yeah, That would be great!!!
If they aren't going to tour again until late '07 ( after the European gigs), Stevie might just be ready to rock 'n' roll by then!! 75% of me says good for Steve and his fans, and 25% of me would just like to see that 'other' site implode upon it's own misery! What goes around comes around as they say. Time heals all wounds, but also, time wounds all heels! :>}

Peace out.
Anne

Steve deserves to be there, whether anyone likes it or not. 8 years is way to long just to kick someone and take a seat, but that's only if his voice is hurt permantly. Other than that if they don't tour I see no reason to kick him out and go with a new direction that can only take you so far. Whatever happens happens and it's our job to be faith and loyal.

lol,,, what do you mean try not to cross it,,, he/she started that fine line as soon as he/she chose "new topic",,, he/she is WAY across that line by now! the line is a DOT to him/her by now!

Besides why would anyone want Augeri come back when he still has some major throat problems!? Isnt it better for him to rest and heal his voice!?

Or are you suggesting that Journey just bring him back for the heck of it JUST to show "the other site" (as you put it ), that they were wrong and live shows can still be done even with today's "technologies" !?
