Well, it seems Jeff's worked with almost as many people in rock and roll as Kevin Bacon has in film. So why not give JSS the Kevin Bacon treatment, and see how many links it takes to connect someone to JSS?
For example:
George Michael
• Performed with Brian May and Queen in Freddie Mercury tribute
• Brian May has performed with JSS onstage at Queen convention (I think!??)
Maybe that one was too easy. Try this one:
Hootie and the Blowfish
Any takers?

The question is...Is your sister okay from that horrible experience?

And he was let go because Ozzy didn't like him as a drummer, something about being a simple 4x4 type of drummer "not the type of drummer I need"
WTF were you thinking Ozzy?!?!

Okay, Tom Jones:
Tom Jones covered "Kiss" by Prince
One of Prince's protoge's was a dancer by the name of Carmen Electra
Carmen Electra was married to Dave Navarro
Dave Navarro hosted Rockstar: Supernove with Gilby Clark
Gilby Clark performed in Guns and Roses with Slash
Slash was a part of PlanetUs, which eventually became Soul SirkUS feat. JSS
Or:
Tom Jones covered "Kiss" by Prince
One of Prince's protoge's was a singer named Rosie Gaines
Rosie Gaines has performed/recorded with Neal Schon
Neal Schon and JSS perform together in Journey
Another way would be to bring Matt Sorum up from the GNR link, who then did the artwork for Trial By Fire by JSS' current band Journey, but I think I have one too many degrees in there.

Okay, here's another:
Melissa Ethridge
(and no fair bringing in the Fan Asylum/Journey connection, the degrees have to be people)...

Too easy!!
Here's a clue:
Melissa Ethridge's child was sired by David Crosby

Not at all:
M Ethridge - David Crosby
David Crosby - Phil Collins
Phil Collins - Eric Clapton
Eric Clapton - Neal Schon
Neal Schon - You know who...
Now I get the feeling I'm just sitting here at work playing with myself.

1 way I know of is that they both were session players on Tears For Fears'
Sowing the Seeds of Love record. In fact, they both played on the single "Woman In Chains." Then there's the obvious connections between Clapton and Neal...

Like Ozzy has done anything other than 4/4 music himself. DOH! Deen was probably more drummer than Ozzy needed.

I saw Clapton with Phil Collins on drums at the Capital Centre in Largo, MD. I forget the year, but Collins was the drummer for the entire tour.

I thought Collins & Clapton had a couple of things in common, but the tears for fears thing was the first thing to come to mind.

OK, I am not near as good at this as the rest of you, but I'll give it a shot
Sylvester Stallone was in Judge Dredd with Rob Schnieder who was in 50 First Dates with Adam Sandler who was in Waterboy with Ben Stiller who was in Along Came Polly with Jennifer Aniston who was in Rockstar which brings us back to our beloved JSS!!!!!!!!!!
How did I do?
