That's alright, Amaron you're obviously an otherwise-occupied indididual, so at least you don't have to get messages from Deano going

"Getting another danish and coffee?
Taking another 45 minute shit reading the sports page?
Standing under the hot water in the shower of your building's gym?
Another 3 hour lunch? I gotta get a job where you work."

Well according to their Mission Statement....

"The Vocal Group Hall of Fame is a 501c3 non-profit Foundation. It was founded in January 1997 to honor the Greatest Vocal Groups of The World in every genre of music. The basic concept is to induct vocal groups into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame, to preserve their music, perpetuate their memories, display their memorabilia in a world class Vocal Group Hall of Fame Museum and to promote their musical legacy throughout the world while paying tribute to them as international music treasures.

The Vocal Group Hall of Fame Foundation is designed to help extend the life-long careers of the Inducted Vocal Groups by recognizing them as composers and creators of much of the music that influenced today’s pop culture. The Vocal Group Hall of Fame was created to present the music of the Inducted Vocal Groups to people of all generations, to educate, entertain and enlighten the world to the astounding legacy of music left by these Vocal Groups of the past and to pave the way for Vocal Groups of the future."

No problem whatsoever. Just passing along the information.

It's kind of a pain in the ass because you have to cast a vote for groups in all the other decades to be able to cast your vote for Journey.

But, if they get inducted then we could get another concert out of it. And if we're real lucky we could get SP back on stage with them. (Highly unlikely but not impossible) It would make my wife very happy!! :D :D :D

It would make my husband's wife very happy too.

I'd probably know some group from the other decades.

Have you looked at the other groups nominated....

My God, if Journey can't beat out "New Kids on My Cock" then there is something seriously wrong with this world!

I mean....

Sawyer Brown?, The Travelin' Wilburys?

How do you put Journey in the same category as these people?

No, I haven't looked yet and now you're scaring me. It's almost an insult to the eighties if these are the competition for Journey.

Not to ruffle feathers but weren't most of Journey's studio background vocals Perry? Sure, the others are mixed in there but his were what you mostly hear. Cain, Schon and Valory are not the best vocalists! I thought they blended vocally better with Rolie anyway.

Let's try that again. This time as the real me.

HELL NO!!! I just don't want to see Journey get beat by the likes of New Kids on my Cock, New Edition or any of the other two bit acts they have on the ballot.

Besides if they win that just means another performance for us to go to. Although, who would be singing????

Don't know dude, tix @ $150.00 a pop, hotels are definitely few and far between. It's lookin' a little rough, but I won't say it's completely ruled out.
