This stuck out immediately.

Santana's induction into the hall of fame might not turn out to be Rolie's only trip to the podium. As a founding member of Journey, the singer has a good shot at making rock's most exclusive club -- musicians who have been inducted into the hall of fame more than once.

Not a chance....ever. Journey will NEVER be inducted into the "Hall of How Much Are You Willing To Spend?"

I think you're wrong. While I respect your opinion, I believe they will get in in the very short future. They've done too much to be ignored forever. If you look at the list of inductees in the past couple of years, my lord. I agree with a lot on the list, but some are rediculous. I guess that could also just boil down to musical taste, but how the hell can Blondie make it before Journey? I know I am biased, but for crying out loud!

Journey was never part of "the in crowd." The Hall lost its luster long ago. If they get in, great, if not, oh well. It's NOT a big accomplishment anymore. There are at least as many great bands not in as there are in. Journey is one of them.

Yea, sad but true.

when Rappers get into the hall of fame, before ACTUAL rock music... well, that pretty much sums it up.

Oh well, what the hell. Tomorrow and the days after, we will get up, the sun will shine on our faces (or sleet, like we have here today in TX) and we will listen to some great Journey music, and love it. Too much politics involved in their decisions to make it what it should be.
