Deano and I have been saying this for months!

I'm tellin' ya, have the band play 1-2 songs pre-race,
let Neal abso-fuckin-lutely SHRED the SSB and then
let Jeff SCREAM those 3 famous words...
right after he gives a HUGE,
"STAND UP AND SHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOUT!"

Yes, and I think teaming up JSS/Journey with Kelly for a song on the next Journey CD and a NASCAR appearance is a great promotional idea. How far behind can an appearance at an NFL playoff game, or even the Superbowl be? These are the kinds of things management needs to be looking at. Get the name and their new voice out there where people can get to see what they can do now.

And what better place to start than NASCAR???

Hell, 95% of the fans are still living in the 80's,
sportin' mullets and still wearin' stone-wash jeans anyway!!!

BTW, before any NASCAR fans start trying to defend themselves, forget it.
I'm one of you and know what I'm talkin' about

Hey, my husband's a NASCAR fan and never had a mullet.

I think NASCAR is the best of all possible places to get the name on the public's radar again. Just think. All those fans who thought the name was part of their past will see it alive and kickin' again. When they hear the new voice they'll think it's worth another visit.
