Does anyone know if this was made and sold.....somewhere? Anywhere?

I find it hard to believe that an in-depth interview like that was not more accessible...but, then again, it IS Steve....

Turns out, I HAD it.....I taped it off of a TV video show....(after the "shock" wore off that it was ON TV! LOL )

...but, STUPID ME....I broke up with my boyfriend, grabbed all my stuff, and left....without it! :x

Thank God, for "YouTube"....in this instance, that's all I can say....8)

I got it bootleg Nora. If it was ever on TV here I never knew about it. I didn't even know it existed until some people at PV were talking about it several years ago.

It was never officially released as it was an EPK (electronic press kit) for the Strange Medicine CD. It was sent out on VHS to various music industry entities as a promotion for Strange Medicine. I would image it's pretty hard to get.

Thanks Lora. That's interesting. I didn't know things like that were done for promotion to the industry.

My brother (a DJ) was sent it by Sony back in 94 on Vhs with Sony promo stickers on it. He was gonna put it on Ebay but i advised him against it, probably cause i intend stealing it from him anyway.

I've got one where he's being interviewed for what seems to be a VH1 or MTV type of show. He and the guy talk about painting the guy's house.

Is this the one you have roknroseville?

WHOA WAIT.

Listen to Part 1.

Interesting, to say the least

Being in that band (Journey), with a bunch of guys that had a mission. That I could only compare it to......the commraderie that comes from people that go to war together.

What? Perry, stop the bullshit(please don't shoot me Cyn and LB).

Commraderie? I was in the Army. I nor my Captain or Lt Colonel never fired two of the guys in our platoon?!

Comments? Loons?

I know, fucking Raised On Radio, GREAT as it is maybe have been the masterpiece had it the requisite Smitty/Ross Valory touches.

Alas, it cedes my masterpiece mantle to Generations.

You need to check yourself in to the Philadelphia Insane asylum.

I think you have lost your marbles, completely.

That wasn't an interview. It was Steve rambling on about his soul and how songs are his children. Another ten minutes of my life wasted. If THAT was his way of promoting that album, no wonder it bombed. Terry Schiavo could have given an interview with more insight. I hope he promotes his new music better than that.

I have this interview and again it is the way the viewer perceives it. It is definately promo work. I enjoy it completely. I think that at that time of his life he had overcome some of the "issues" that might have haunted him and he is almost "spiritualistic" about his life. A big part of his life at that time was his music. I also think that if this was released to the public originally, there would have been a different "spin" put on it.
