Sass Jordan

I contacted Sass Jordan not long ago through her web site. She opened for Steve in '94, which was a huge treat for me because I was a fan of hers from a few years before that. I asked if she would be kind enough to send an autograph if I supplied a self-addressed stamped envelope, which she did (yes, it is that easy, folks!).

Anyway, I asked her if she's heard from, or has kept in contact with Steve Perry. Her response...

"...The answer to this question is No ! We lost contact - actually, now that you mention it, I might try to find him! Cheers, Sass"

Nothing earth-shattering, but I thought I'd share it, being a newbie here.

Would love to have seen those 2 on tour. Hmmmmm.....she is a judge on Canadian Idol (Canada's American Idol), way cooler than Paula Abdul. Yes, Sass.........find Steve and get him on as a guest judge!

Sass Jordan was utterly awesome when
we saw her open for Steve, High Road Easy

I too was very impressed with Sass Jordan on the FTLOSM tour. She opened for Perry on 8 of the 9 shows that I saw during that tour and was consistently good night after night.

Being as I wasn't really familiar with her before that tour, that opening slot certainly did what it was supposed to do (expose her to new fans), as I ended up buying her albums, and I still fire them up occasionally.
