Jeff has kindly agreed to join us for a chat session
on Saturday February 3rd at 2pm Los Angeles time (10pm GMT).

You need to be registered to access the chatroom, which is located at the bottom of the index page of the board.

awesome, Nath. I'm glad I didn't post my 'shake your booty' shot of him at Loffler's so he'll take my question!! ha! (actually-I have lots of that........... uh.........angle. he moves so fast-I don't do it on purpose. )

I know my question--please sing 4U for us!!!! I kept my fingers crossed til the bitter end at Loffler's. but then again, they would need many stretchers to carry out all the girls!!

I do catch his posts, NIG. OK, OK, the Journey forum is my favorite - some really great stuff! Love the posts from Moon Beam - damn, what a remarkable sense of humor. I can't join in on the Perry vs. Augeri vs. Soto debates because I honestly don't have the knowledge of Journey that everyone else has. Maybe that's why I'm so impressed with the things I read. When the Journey/Def Leppard tour stopped in my town last year, I enjoyed it immensely. JSS has some set of pipes! In the meantime, I will continue to lurk in the Journey forum and occasionally give my two cents in the VH forum.

Skylorde, I would encourage to to read what 2 of your members post there on a consistant basis. Don't get me wrong, I laugh at most of it. However, before you Monker and the rest of the "adults" come in here criticizing us you may want to take a look in the mirror. Maybe this stuff isn't on your site, but it is your members doing it.

Also I do believe JSS declined the invitation for this evening..

I'd also like to take the time to advertise my board, but you can't really get on it so it really doesn't matter.

Lift Troll's ban, Andrew

Thanks Nath. If I can get there I will, but I'm supposed to be watching a Free/Bad Co tribute band Saturday night.

For those that haven't been to one of these chat nights with Jeff, he really does open up to people. As long as you follow the rules (eg ask questions one at a time etc) and don't turn it into a free for all, Jeff will happily talk to everybody. Nath has organised several of these chats in the past and I think it is really cool of him to spend the time to answer fans questions this way.

I think he had planned to be there for the TJF chat but is still in transit and his flight doesn't land until after the chat session.

I know Sky's intentions were good but
it looks like, to me anyway, that the JFs
are becoming what everyone over there has
hated about BT and MR for so long.

You got a bunch of exiles from here and BT
that got fed up with all the supposed cruelty,
low blows and hammering of Augeri forming thier
own little group and what are they doing?

They even have a few Deanos in the making,
like Jrny1 for instance.

I guess I can now say I think I know how all
the Augeri fans felt in here over the past 6 months
and that all these exiles are entitled to some fun.
But for Sky, Monker, Barbie and anyone else, for that matter,
to keep popping in here to drum up thier site and insist on
how different it is from here or BT is ridiculous.

Face it, and there is NOTHING the Mods can do about it;
BT will always be the safer place to be where Augeri fans
and Jeff fans can sometimes co-exist.
MR will probably remain the one site that really stays
behind the current line-up and gives them the most support.
TJF will mostly be ruled by Perry/Augeri fans that either hate Jeff
already, can never forgive the band for replacing Augeri or
will never be satisfied until Perry comes back.

But like I said before, Cj and Andrew should be smiling right
now because they no longer should feel guilty about having
to completely boot some of the serious fools off thier respective boards.

All these BT and MR exiles now have a new home, a few up-and-coming,
bullying leader-wannabes to follow and hundreds of folks to bash

I'd also like to take the time to advertise my board, but you can't really get on it so it really doesn't matter.

Actually my tongue in cheek comment wasn't meant to advertise but simply pointing out the fact that saying "Journey Forums" around here almost carries the same stigma as yelling Nigger at an NBA game. That is pathetic.

Jeff will not be in on the chat tonite.....he cancelled....flight gets in too late.....oh, how sad!!!!!!

Not suggesting that you should. My only point here is that when posters come over here and criticize us, they might want to take a look around first. We are considered attack dogs here, juvenille, you name it. I know I could go without out good ole Uncle Monker and some of the others telling me to "grow up" 5 times a day.

For the record, Joe was on my board for awhile and was well behaved overall. When I downsized, I just brought back the people I know well.

The thought of Journeytroll hosting a chat with Jeff has me amused.
