I thought it was a damn good episode. Afterwards, I was thinking about how good the show is when it doesn't even feature about 15 of the main characters and you don't even notice until it's over. Should be interesting when they mount the rescue attempt.

Hey Behshad!
Can you let me know when they'll start showing the season 3 reruns? Or do you know when that'll be? I figured you might be a big fan.
My wife and I watched the DVD sets 1/2 and we want to start watching this third season, but we don't want to start in the middle. We're Smallville fans, so we'd always watch that and miss Lost.

Also, what the hell's up with Ghost Hunters? Are they done now? Anybody?

Ghost Hunters I don't think is done quite yet, they actually filmed some stuff recently here in central FL.

Good episode - but I guess there has been alot of backlash over this season. Trying to introduce more new characters and really not focusing much on the regulars other than jack, kate and sawyer. and of course the ridiculous 13 week layoff.

Yeah, they just had a 12 Hour Marathon (I cannot watch the Shining Hotel episode again!) but nothing was said about the season restarting. That's a cool show, I hope that it's not done.

I think the Season 3 DVD will come out end of August.
I did the same with season one as you do. Best part of it was, you didnt have to go through the damn commercials. Its sad that for every 10 minutes of the show, you have to see 10 minutes of commercials.
Now speakin of smalville,,,, Ive never paid attention to that show, but last Sunday I seen one episode on HDNet that caught my interest. The story line was similiar to one's in the "Saw" movies,, where this guy played mind games with one of the main characters, startin of by lockin him inside a Limo on railroad tracks. If you've seen this episode, Is every episode as good as this one!? I might have to add yet another series to my collection ( Lost, Prison Break, Seinfeld, Simpsons, Friends, Everybody loves Ray, Desperate Housewives,,,),,, Man Im runnin out of time to watch shows.... between the 70 hours at work, 56 hours sleep, and 10 hours with the family each week, I kinda wish that a week consisted of 300 hours rather than 168!

The only reason I know is because my husband & StevePerryHair's husband work together (cops) & there is a really old abandoned house in their city that has all these rumors about being haunted, etc., & there were people there from the show with their equipment & all, not sure what they got or if it will ever air, lol.

Unfortunately, Smallville is VERY up and down with quality. Sometimes it's really great and other times, it's really bad. They bring a lot of 'other stuff' into the plotlines and if they'd stick with the main theme (Clark Kent) it'd be a much better show. But they get derailed with other characters and some other heroes (Green Arrow, Flash, Aquaman). The shows that are about Clark and his Kryptonianess are really good. The stories about him and Lana Lang are just sappy, crappy television. Get a Netflix account and rent the seasons. They're worth the rent and some are REALLY good.

Oh! and the WORST THING ABOUT SMALLVILLE is that it's on at the same time as My Name is Earl and the Office which, to me, are THE funniest things on TV. Great shows.

I loved Lost from the first show of the first season, but I just can't seem to schedule my TV time consistently enough to watch anything regularly. I think I'll just wait until I get the box sets and watch the whole series as my time allows. That's the way I ended up watching The West Wing because I couldn't keep up with it any other way.

That's what I did with the first 2 seasons of Lost, the only show I seem to be consistant with is 24.

It doesn't help when the networks are constantly moving the shows. I mean, LOST on 10pm Wednesdays? Are they trying to kill it?

I gave up on Smallville a few episodes after Jonathan was killed off. I had watched it from the very beginning. It just seemed like the quality had gone down the tubes. Too bad, really. The first three seasons were fantastic. The fourth season was when they started dropping off, but still not bad.

Yeah, there's the rare good episode of Smallville, but I wish they'd just freakin KILL Lana Lang. I'm so sick of that storyline.

lol... I knew someone would bust my balls (or even doubt that i have any), if would mention that show,,,
Y'know,, I started watching it with the wife as one of those "watching a show together " things,,, the storyline wasnt that bad the 1st season,,, but its just been goin downhill and eventually will go off air any time soon I hope.
Now one show that I will always enjoy watching is "Everybody Loves Raymond". Frank (Peter Boyle RIP ) does an amazing job in that show.

Is anyone here into Deadwood? I havent seen it, but was thinkin about gettin Season 1 & 2 :)

If you're looking for DVDs to pick up I'd recommend Battlestar Galactica. I know it's a sci-fi show and that's not for everyone, but it also has some of the best and most well-developed drama on television, for my money. I just finished the first season and it was fantastic. I can't wait to see the second season.

Six Feet Under is also great.
Dead Like Me is great too, but they left it unfinished.

Sci-Fi comes last on my list , sorry,, but thanks for the recommendationImage
Im not even sure if its worth gettin anything on DVD anymore, cause God knows how long before they go the same way as VHS did..... I used to have like 300+ VHS tapes in my collection,, that I gave up and replaced with DVD's and now the Blu-ray's are here to replace the DVD's.......
Damn technology! Image
