Jesus...
Fat, trailer trash look and sounds like shit.
Anyone watching her? On Fox now.
Tell me Journey should not be playing Daytona 500 instead of Nawlins at 230 in the morning.

I see her. She's looking a bit skanky, but that's ok for that crowd.

She's a fat pig and can't sing a note. All you losers watching American Idol can be thanked for this shit. Fucking Star Search bullshit. THIS is what the music industry has turned into.

I'm not much of a NASCAR guy either, but this is a big event, and so many of my friends are into it that I'm giving it a shot. Sounds good in surround sound. Didn't need to see that slob Clarkson almost fall out of that tent (I mean dress).

LOL,Kelly Clarkson "can't sing a note"?

Best one I've heard so far.
I wonder why Jeff Scott Soto thinks she's one of the best out there and why would he love to duet with her?...I trust his evaluation more than anyone elses.

My opinion. She sounded like shit.
By the way, does this skank actually WRITE any of her own material?

I saw and heard her. It wasn't one of her better performances and it was a really bad choice of wardrobe. I still think the girl is a great singer, just a bad day for her. The wind was terrible, give the kid a break.

Maybe so,happens to the best of them. But you can't judge her overall talent based on one lousy performance.

I will give her a break. At least it was live.
Still hate anything and everything having to do with a fake reality talent show dictating what charts on Billboard.
Fuck A.I.

I agree on the point about not liking the influence AI has. To think the industry called Journey to commercial.
Still, the talent that comes out of there beats the hell out of the hip hop, rap and the urban yodeling pseudo-R&B singers that have been dominating the charts. I'll take Kelly Clarkson and Chris Daughtry over Mariah Carey and Kanye West any day.
Journey needs to make an appearance on AI as well as at a NASCAR race. Right or wrong, that's where the audience is now.

See, here ya go, some quotes from the past few months:
RockinDeano wrote:
I have no idea of what you are speaking, but if you are talking Kelly Clarkson, that just gave me a hard on. She is smokin hot nowadays.
IF Journey ever were to hire me as manger, i would line up JSS and K Clarkson for a duet....She gives me great wood.
Carlitto H@kk wrote:At least he got to rub all over Clarkson in that lame ass movie

Carlitto H@kk wrote:Dude, you never saw "From Justin to Kelly"??? Shit, thats right up there with "Grease 2" and "Breakin' 2-Electric Boogaloo"

Yep, Clarkson is smokin' hot, definitely gets the loins stirred!
OK, so what changed??????

Okay, I'm not sticking up for her performance, but it is VERY WINDY here in central Florida today and in the mid 50's as a high! It may have been very difficult to sing in the wind like that. My 10 year old daughter has her CD and I do happen to like many of her songs.

yodeling pseudo-R&B singers
LMFAO! Ain't that the truth. Let's see how many syllables we can shove into one word while singing.

Yeah, and how breathlessly off key they can be. There's not a Marvin Gaye, Smoky Robinson, Natalie Cole or Aretha Franklin among those wannabes. Usher, Baby Face, Alicia Keyes, Mariah Carey, not one of them makes a good pimple on the ass of the true R&B greats.

A few months. If I were being paid millions and had hot trim wanting me every day and night, I sure as fuck would STAY in shape.

IDK, Sherrie, I gotta love Usher...
But have you ever heard "Trapped in the Closet"? I think it's by R. Kelly (Dakota's not here to ask). It's a nine chapter song that lasts about 30 minutes. Kinda like a soap opera put to music. Kinda cool. Mostly pitiful.

Closet is the dumbest thing I've ever heard or seen. They'll play that all over MTV, but they won't play a real rock video. Ugh!

I haven't heard it Donna. I just haven't liked his vocals on anything that I have heard. I don't think his voice is all that great, and his version of
soul just doesn't seem to touch my soul the way his predecessors did.

I'm not saying he has no talent, just that he doesn't impress me enough to merit the accolades he gets in the industry.

I read somewhere alot of her material has been written by Avril Levigne, she needs a break on the weight too cause she's a little shortie.

You can't say "Fuck AI," all the time.
Kelly did and does put out decent hit tunes and look at Carrie Underwood? She is hot and has a great voice. Even Bo Bice can sing Skynard tunes. The South needs something to cheer for other than University of Florida football.

but you can when it mentions taylor hicks as being a great singer.
