I know she was mentioned in the ANS thread, but I thought this crazy girl deserved her own. What is your take on her leaving rehab again? I am sure many people think - who cares? I don't think it's earth-shattering news, it's more like seeing an accident and not being able to look away.

HAHA, yeah that's the other big news of the day. I guess she went w/ 0 cash on her and didn't know she needed things to enter into rehad. The chicks mind of is in lala land.

Just saw that on Inside Edition. Dr. Drew said that is a BAD sign, and that if she doesn't get help we could have another young, dead blonde on our hands.

I'm wondering if she has been watching what has been going on with the whole Anna Nicole Smith debacle and, in some sick and twisted way, she is consciously or otherwise trying to follow the same path.

She must have absolutely no regard for her kids whatsoever.

I agree with you Carl, her family/friends that care about her need to play hardball with her now, before it's too late.

I remember several years ago seeing her on a talk show & she was so sweet, southern polite, cute, innocent-like...what happened? Are her problems THAT bad? She has all the positives, the success, the looks, a close-knit family, children...and she's throwing it all away if she doesn't get it together - fast. She needs to see what reality is really like for those less fortunate! Sorry, but it pisses me off royally when pampered, successful people, just screw up themselves & those around them when they get into drinking & drugs. All that money going into drugs & excess when they could be doing something that really would feed & satisfy their soul, like helping the poor & sick! At least, Angelina Jolie got her act together & really committed herself to charity.

The problem with her is that in rehab they tell her "NO" and she has been surronded for years by people who live off her bucks and always say yes. She is a spoiled adult brat that is going to have a hard time understanding the word "NO" and she will have to hit FULL ROCKBOTTOM before she will be 100% willing to accept help. Unfortunatly.....

I'm with you all the way on this CH - except Britney didn't have everything given to her on a silver platter. Like her or not, it took extraordinary drive and commitment to reach the top. She wasn't some trust-fund layabout.

I wish her the best too. At least she's started checking into rehab - which is a brave thing to do in itself.

Plus...it can't be denied that her first album is a classic.

A bigger problem with getting celebrities help is that they are treated different than the average person, its with kid gloves. If Brittany has gone in and left the same behavioral health center twice in the last week she would have left A.M.A.---against medical advice------the average person wouldnt be let back in that hospital because they wouldnt allow a pt to play games like that -either your in or out,but because its Brittany and she has money and fame they will probably let her keep going back in and leave as much as she wants------

There is 2 big places out in L.A. that celebs will go to for help, one is in malibu--for drugs and alcohol(this is where many stars go) and the other is U.C.L.A. more specifically the NPI part of their hospital in westwood, the 2 adult units there deal more with depression, anxiety, manic depression, psychosis but also can work with drug addiction, many big names there for emotional holidays.

Doesn't California have a law where if someone is going to be a harm to themselves, they can be forcilbly admitted for treatment, and can not sign themselves out? In Fl we do. It seems like she's doing such strange things they would be able to use that. Although, we are getting the media view of her behavior. Maybe in person, it's not bad enough to force her into the hospital.

Lynn, I hardly think Britney is a danger to anyone or herself. She gets drunk, big deal. She hangs around white trash, although very affluent white trash in Nicole, Lindsay and Paris.

Look, she sustained fame with zero talent, and a great body. I have no problem with that. If I were a woman blessed with that body, I would use it too. I sincerely hope she gets well, or learns how to handle her liquor....See, I learned how to handle booze, and am a fun drunk. She needs to contact me.
