Checked out the distortion fest on youtube although one of them was good enough to tell that JSS captured all the emotion that the song is supposed to have. Fucking A MAN ! Jeff why dont you do this ok ? "Misplace" a soundboard tape (you do record every show right ?) and leak it. They wont fire you !! Give as a killer quality live boot ! Heard A recent boot and can tell your singing with a little different technique. More head voice for sure and it sounds fucking great !!! Does the vocals get compressed much on the FOH send ?

Oh man. Foot in mouth. I didnt know someone from here put those up ! I super appreaciate that and I am sure everyone else does as well. I really want to hear a pro sounding boot with that song in it.

Opened The Door.....That is exactly what this song has done to the live setlist !!

I never thought this song would be played live again and when I saw the youtube link I thought it was a joke or someone doing a cover version. I must say that I was blown away and just sat here and listened to it over and over.

I knew the guys had been reaching into the catalog since the Generations tour and pulled out some gems that I was glad to see and hear live again,but to be perfectly honest Opened The Door was one of the songs that I thought was on the never to be heard live again list.

This has my brain working overtime and just waiting to see what songs will be dusted off and played live again in the near future.Opened The Door has indeed done just that and now that it is open let the songs flow through it !!

They did play it with Augeri in 2004.
Not sure how many times.
As the tour went on, more and more rareities got cut.

'Open The Door' is a must!!! Gotta play it in Cardiff!!!!
