Anyone interested in joining a fantasy baseball league? This is no ordinary league. The draft will be held on Yahoo, and your daily lineup changes as well as all transactions will he handled on Yahoo, as well. However, there is a 162-game schedule and playoffs, and the schedules and standings will be maintained on the following site:

http://hometeamsonline.com/visit/?u=PUC ... seball&t=c

The teams listed from last year are defunct - I have a 24-team league (an AL and an NL with their own all-MLB draft pools, with interleague play and the winners meeting in the World Series) where most of those teams have gone, as I am going to be running two leagues.

The signup info for the yahoo portion of the league is as follows:

League ID: 26065
password: neverland

If you have any questions, PM me or send me an email: nightrangerfan@yahoo.com.

The first 12 to sign up will be in the league. We can negotiate whether or not there will be a pot for the winner at some point in the future.

Seven,

Fantasy football is taxing enough and that's only 16 games. I did the baseball thing once and I don't know how you can keep enough energy and/or interest for 162 games. But good luck and have fun. :D

I have been doing fantasy football for 14 years, and can't imagine the time it would take to keep up with a fantasy baseball league. Plus, baseball bores me. :?

You're such a simpleton, NIG.

I dunno.
Given a number of things including but not limited to his health, age, legal clouds hanging over his head who's to say it's a given that bonds smashes the record ever let alone this year. What's he need 22? and he only got like 18 last year?

Another factor is teams patently REFUSING to throw a ball near the plate in a conspiracy to keep Hank Aaron safe.

I hope the hell that happens. Either walk him or bowtie him but don't pitch to him.

On Dan Patrick the other day, they talked about how much he has GROWN in the last few years....He had his hat size go up a 1/4 inch and that's with no hair...Plus his shoe size went from a 10.5 to a 13!!!!! Hmmm, Can you say HGH??? He'll be dead by 65......Imagine what his liver, heart and kidneys look like!!! Sad to say. He is one of my favorite players.

There's no guarantee that we will live to be old anyway. Some people live more for today without thinking about their health. Not saying that's smart, but just the way some people are wired.
