Damn Froy, I seem to have bits and pieces of your Into the Future here and there on various tapes, but not the whole thing. I guess it got chopped up a lot onto various bootlegs. :( I do have this interview though.

The keeping the mystique of a song on radio without the visuals of the video is something similar to what he said in the Japanese kitchen ROR interview as well. Defining a song with a set visual seems to be something he preferred to steer clear of.

Yep,and I don't blame SP for wanting to keep that mystique of the songs.Just look at what Separate Ways or Chain Reaction meant in Journey's video portofolio - a reason to ridicule the band and even the songs.At least some do to this day.

Personally,I don't mix those songs with the visuals,but hell,sometimes the mind wanders and when I hear Separate Ways,the images of Cain air-keyboarding and Perry punching the walls are in the back of my mind... :lol: I feel like laughing and that's a dramatic song! :?
