Someone get me this fuckers ip address! As long as you promise not violate any state or federal laws (hehe) with the info I provide I MIGHT be able to help. I am a network engineer and I have a some "tools" that can find a lot of information about someone from thier ip but only if its not a dynamic IP or in other words stays the same for a period of time. I can for sure tell you who his/her internet provider is and thats at least a lead.

i'm thinking maybe there is no killer king ("ralphie"). both being victoria... just a hunch.
