Hi guys

Cant say too much yet... but..I can tell you that I just received the ultimate accolade in the "lookalike" industry!

3 weeks ago, I was invited to "double" for Paul McCartney in his new music video..to be released in a few weeks time!

I spent 3 days on the set in London.... and had a blast!! He used a top French film director.... and had a couple of stars from TV and silver screen in the cast too!

If you go to my myspace site ...www.myspace.com/paulmccartneylookaliketribute ..and click on my track "Till There Was You"...you will see a small pic I have posted up..of me n Macca ... next to the track!

I was lucky to get the pic, and a signed message from the guy too...and I have to say..he exceeded all my expectations!!!

When Im "cleared" to do so..I will tell you all as much as I can..... as I had a fair few chats with Paul, and met his daughters Stella and Mary!

Also:

Im teamed up with a "Wayne Rooney" lookalike (Top English footballer) for a promo trailer for TV:

BBC TV (UK) in the Granada (North West) region..will be showing a 30 second advert for local BBC radio Merseyside, from I think, the 18th April for a couple weeks...
will be shown at various times...with local news and weather... usually around tea time..and late evening!

Im playing Macca, of course..... the ad is set in a factory..on a conveyor belt..a kind of production line.. Its pretty funny....as "Wayne" ends up in the "rejects" bin..... as he "defected" from Everton FC to Man Utd FC... theme of ad is "Made In Merseyside" .... so..Wayne was a traitor.... ends up in the bin!!

Gotta say... Paul looked a bit "underfed" ..poor guy is prob stressed out totally!!

He's probably been sworn to secrecy until it's release.

he'd be able to tell us THAT. I've seen an advance track listing for his new album on the internet, etc.

By the way- STARBUCKS is Macca's new label. He left Capitol. That's REALLY weird...

The new single is called "Dance Tonight" ...its a real poppy number...a bit lightweight and throwaway... but very catchy

Macca plays Mandolin on it !! ........ vid is cool....and involves appearances by "ghosts" from kitchen appliances... !!!!!!!!

No other band members there.... but the video director... Michel Gondry, plays drums..and he appears on the vid at the end playing them, whilst Paul plays bass! ...wild

.... just tried to log in to myspace account...to find it has been "deleted" !!!! what a shitzy bummer!! .... maybe Macca did whack me on the knees! ..or maybe someone "spiteful" contacted myspace and pissed on my parade !! I will try to find out!!

Will have to "re -up" everything again ... been readin up...this account deletion without warning or notice appears to happen quite often!!
