A friend of mine came over this afternoon and we were looking thru a box of pictures. We started talking about old times a bit and Journey came up. He told me about how great he thought the band was then. Anyway, this reminising gave me the idea for this thread. I know there is the pics of us thread somewhere but in this one I thought it would be fun to post a pic of yourself from 1981 when Journey was so huge.... or sometime during the Escape era. Did anyone attend any concerts during the Escape tour? Did you take a pic? If you werent lucky enough to have attended a show how about a pic of yourself from that year or close to it. ( for those that were too young, ..shutup! ) Ha!

At the risk of being photoshopped some more and have it used against me, I'll start things off. I dont have a pic from a concert, unfortunitely, but here I am in 1981. My boyfriend took this pic. He was into photography and he was trying out filters on his lens for different effects, thats why this pic looks kinda faded. My expression is because I was getting tired of him taking my picture! haha! I was 21.




and here is the reason I didnt get to any concerts. I got married that year. Should have went to a concert instead! ( just kidding)

that's why I missed the tour. and in '83 I had a newborn, and 2, 4 and 8 yr old girls.
