I don't need help from that site.
It's the worst, busiest, least user-friendly site I've ever seen.

I avoid it like the plague.

Yup...I totally agree....which is why I'm here, asking for help

I was ready to take a sledgehammer to this iMac the other night! :x

 BUT...........according to my friend, who used to work for an L.A. Entertainment Lawyer, if TRAG wants to be taken SERIOUSLY, we need an effing myspace page. I got so pissed when she told me that.

no cell... WHAT???

how can you live in socal and have no cell? most people here have those things surgically attached to their heads. it's funny because people walk around & they look like they're talking to themselves... then they turn & you see the bluetooth... hahahaa!

Tragchk if you need help just let me know. I assume you opened up a "music" myspace page and not a regular myspace page?

Myspace is odd to begin with, but you'll get the hang of it. It took me forever to bother with one, but I saw a friends band with one and got interested. The hardest part was the HTML shit because the IMG and URL tags don't work, and that's what I'm used to. Also get yourself an account on Photobucket.com. That way, you can upload pics that you'll use for Myspace. Plus, they'll already have the HTML tags under the pic for you to link for myspace. Another good site is imageshack.us

I took 3 different editing websites and after a little trial and error, I managed to combine the aspects I liked from all 3 designs into one of my own. Another helpful thing is a program that will make the pics the size you want them, in Pixels. I've been using "Picture It 7" for a long time. Otherwise, if you can learn how to set up the code for size within the HTML tag, it'll size it that way as well. Here's a helpful website. Toy with it a little to get the hang of it:

http://www.htmlbasix.com/

Best to start here:

Also, if you want to go the very easy way, check google for the words Myspace Editor

USE IMAGESHACK.US.

PHOTOBUCKET RESIZES YOUR PHOTOS TO A SMALLER VERSIION AND WILL SHRINK UP YOUR BACKGROUND IMAGE.

Maybe for backgrounds, but for other pics, Photobucket works better
