You show and tell 'em Deb. That's truly what it's all about. It's a lot deeper than hitting high notes. Image

Without THIS guy, you wouldn't have that first clip.

Baltimore November 10th, recorded by Ed (AR at the melodicrock-forum).
This one definitely proves why Jeff is "the real deal"!

First clip...I believe that was one of the BEST performances of that tour.
There was heavy magic in the air,on stage,in Jeff's voice and I was there absorbing everything.Magic,magic,magic.Especially this song.

Second clip...SteveIsGod.

 Sorry,NIG.

It's the best video from the tour. Wish it wasn't missing the first song and a half though. Omaha is complete and very good, but the Baltimore show is a thing of beauty.

I've got the Baltimore and the Omaha, thanks to Niggy and Mike, and they're both great quality boots. I wish the technology had been available in 1994 to get that kind of quality on the FTLOSM boots. Given that it wasn't though, that clip of Perry sounded damned good.

Love Perry for inventing the passionate vocal sound of Journey, love Jeff for bringing the passion back. :D

No babe, if it was gay it would be women talking about the soulfulness of women. We're all about the soulfulness of the MEN that sing Journey.

Mr P. said in an interview that he did not want the pressures of filming and recording for that tour - he wanted it more casual

Damn him!!

This IS gay, as in refuckindiculous.

If I see one more Perry/Soto fawn thread, I am posting video of me rubbing one out. It's the same Goddamned difference.

Such an awesome song...does anyone else just love that contrasting part with JC's voice? JSS does an amazing job here & SP...well, ya know "oh, my god" he sounds just so heavenly!...I'm gonna come back to this one later tonight & watch it a couple more times. :) thanks, Deb!! (and, thank you to that dude who taped this where ever you are - don't care if it was a bad thing & SP didn't want the shows taped - it is just beautiful & now I can see what I missed.)

That put a smile on my face, JSS... (ala Borat) NICE!

And as for Perry... NICE! We are an extremely lucky fan base having such talented artists to listen to.

Thanks Debbie for sharing those links. I was fortunate enough to be in the audience for the Baltimore show with Journey, but I never had the privilege of seeing SP live.

That link lead me to another one though, that I want to share. Steve Perry, I'm MISSING YOU!!!
