It should be a fun night. I have a friend in town that I haven't seen in over 20 years. She's going with the wife and me to see my friends band. The band Tandom² are debuting a Journey song at my repeated request. Send Her My Love I believe is what they are doing. I asked for WITS, but I'll be a happy boy no matter what it is. Was at work yesterday and the guitar player for the band looked at me kinda sadly and said man I hope you like the song. I said not to worry, just the fact that you guys are doing this is plenty. I don't care what it sounds like.
It's a group of local guys that play classic rock mostly for fun. I work with two of them. I'm really looking forward to this.

I hope they do a good job for you shoot!

They record some of their shows. If so, I'll get a copy of it.

Well, I am now. My buddy Dan had been after me for something like 3 years to come out and see them. One night I finally went and was blown away by how good they were. Have been to almost every show since. They're playing some kind of benefit at Hooters in Ft. Worth tomorrow that I can't go to. Sure wish I could.
