Not naive. There are many factors involved in the awarding of good time. In certain jurisdictions and cases, showing up for court appearances is one of them.

Like I said. She's getting what she deserves. I wish the laws allowed the Judge to give her more time. She won't learn anything from this.

It's not just about the DUI, it's about violating probation, driving on a suspended license and not enrolling in the court mandated alcohol program. Anyone else would also be sentenced to jail and actually have to go!

I never said you and Jeff were buddies and I definately don't believe you got him in the band. The guys needed to make a decision on what was best for them and they did. Jeff was a natural choice. I've known how great a vocalist he is for many years before SS. Undeniably, bringing Jeff onboard and going in a different direction musically, was a great business decision. The other alternative, waiting for Steve to get better and chancing he blows his voice out again singing songs that were above his true range, imo was a much more risky one.
