As you said earlier Carl, the Journey management are going to come out with an official announcement,,,,,, before end of this year,,,, if we're lucky....

I wouldn't read too much into that. Jeff was a MR.com favorite long before joining up with Journey. Best to just wait and see what, if anything, develops.

Carl, maybe Andrew didn't list any bands after Jeff's name because he didn't want people to be caught up in which songs from which bands Jeff is going to perform? Maybe Jeff is going to do a career-spanning set, and if he was listed with Journey, fans might think he's only doing Journey songs?

Just a thought I had, although I DO want to know if something is up in Journeyland. I'm hoping nothing has changed since Jeff was named singer, but I would like to hear some news about what they are doing.

As with anything pertaining to Journey, we're NOT going to get an answer until THEY'RE ready to give us one. So let's MOVE ON and focus on thanking Andrew for the kick ass show he's put together for us. This is SOME thanks: speculative threads about what may or may not be going on. Just what he needs after announcing his biggest accomplishment of the last 10 years....a shitstorm. End the speculation now and let's start planning on making the show and destroying South Bend. THAT is what's important.

about the fate of Journey, just because Jeff is going to perform a couple of songs, one night with Scrap Metal. The premise of Scrap Metal is that many great lead singers make guest appearances in the band. It's fun for them to do, and they are serious about putting on a great show! So relax! I'm sure all is fine in Journeyland.

After seeing all the names and who the guys are affilated with...our speculating minds do get curious with JSS name being not affilated at all with anyone.... things that make you go hmmmmmmmm.
