I'd rather see him behind the drums anyway, he's one of my favorite drummers along with Simon Phillips and Nick D'Virgillio.

Haha, yeah, maybe you're right, but why not throw the name in there. I have a headache and my eyes are dry from reading this board countless hours from the past night/day. Me and my brother have been having conversations about all of this and being confused about the whole thing, and came to a guy that has history with these guys back in the day, and since Deano mentioned it's not Augeri, Kevin, Deen, or Perry, and Jeremey came in here mentioning he is NOT the new front man, then who the hell is left? Why not throw the name Jonathan Waite in there haha.

I have it on good authority that the new lead singer is Weird Al Yankovic. Can't wait til he hits that first high note in "Open Arms." It's going to be oh, so special!

john waite would not fit in with journey.i would rather see an unknown take the helm.
