If Journey join Jeremy will Deen still sing?

It seems to be that Jeremy may be the new singer,he in essence is a cabaret singer and a damn good one,he dresses and sounds like Perry and puts on a great show. It strikes me that with him as the new singer Journey have joined him not him them! They will then become a cabaret band playing the hits, were will Deen fit into this as the need for him to sing will be over as Jeremy can more than cope with all the songs, he will be just a drummer again.
Also a large amount of money was spent on the meet and greet tickets from the die hard fans many at BT,who have at presant been told to shut up until the official site says otherwise. How popular will these meet and greet be in the future i wonder and have Journey just sold there souls and their fans out :? for the $$$$.

I have been to 4 Frontiers shows and watched lots of his YouTubes, and never ONCE have I seen Jeremey 'dress like Steve Perry'. I'm not saying it has never happened, what I am saying is that it is not his 'schtick' to be an 'impersonator' but rather an "ambassador" of the Steve Perry era of music. I have the utmost respect for Jeremey and his talents. And I personally believe we are talking about 2 different situations here: the fact that Frig & Fro are consumate assholes, and the fact that despite Frig & Fro being consumate assholes in regard to how Jeff has been treated, Jeremey has been given an opportunity that very few, if any, of us would give up.

The fact that Jon Cain wants to "sound like the records" says that they are band headed nowhere, that FINALLY realizes what truly made Journey special.

It may be that from the Youtube shows i was mistaken in his dress sense but he did a a great Perry whirl and kick like the man used to, i have no problem with this oppotrunity for Jeremy, i wish him luck but i am talking about were the band stand today and how the future will be regarding Deen and how the fans feel about this situation,Augeri leaving upset many diehards and here they have upset them again,i would not want to be in Jeremy's shows now :?

If I'm not mistaken it was Deen's choice to sing a few songs in the set. Jeff can sing the ballads without any problems, he did so in San Diego because Deen was not able and did so beautifly.

As for what they do now, I don't give a flying crap!

I have. A concert he put on in Roanoke had him coming out in tails. Of course, that was about the extent of it. I appreciate Jeremey more because he isn't trying to be Steve Perry (ala Hugo) he is just sounds like him.

Jeremey did the tails thing and had the long hair early on. He's gotten away from that and let's his voice "speak" for itself.

Did you catch the Jefferson Center show Greg?

Jeff nailed the ballads at Darien Lake too. He was one cold Puerto Rican, but he nailed them
